Almost forgot MUB!
I can't believe this! I was so busy watching skiing of all sorts this afternoon, had a late dinner, then lying in bed reading I realize I forgot to do my strength training! Hopped out of bed and did 2 circuits of MUB. Painful, stomach still pretty full. But it's done.
I seriously hope the roads are clear tomorrow, it's very windy out and icy. I don't want to postpone my run, nor do I want to do 9k on the mill.
