Still on schedule
I ran my scheduled 3k yesterday, and I was still feeling Wednesday evening's brick. My pace was 15 s/km slower. It's all good though, I needed a break.
My right shin has been sore the last couple of weeks, no doubt from the increased training. Nothing debilitating yet, so must keep icing. or start icing.
Today called for a 45 min walk, but I'm swamped at the office, so any/all walking will be to and from Bluesfest tonight.
Tomorrow calls for 10k. Hoping my legs are feeling better after a no-run day!
